Kate
Kate is the heart behind Crocus Home Services. She’s a proud grandparent, lifelong dog lover, and believer in good instincts and good humor. With a passion for helping others feel at ease in their homes, Kate built Crocus to bring more calm, connection, and care into everyday life. Whether she’s out exploring the outdoors or spending time with her grandson, she’s always finding ways to bring warmth and joy into the work she does.

Beth
Beth brings a thoughtful, creative touch to every space she enters. In addition to her work with Crocus, she teaches adult English language learners and runs a dog walking and pet sitting business. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, hiking, cooking, and playing drums. Beth has a heart for service and is driven by a desire to make life easier and more manageable for those around her.

Leilani
​From snowboarding down winter slopes to crafting homemade meals, Leilani brings energy, creativity, and curiosity into every part of her day. She enjoys sketching, writing music, and hula-hooping just for fun, and finds joy in both learning new skills and solving tricky problems. At home, she relaxes with her two orange tabby cats and her partner, Ryan.

Maggie
Maggie is passionate about creating balance between hard work and enjoying life. Outside of Crocus, she finds joy in music, attending concerts, and spending time outdoors with her chocolate lab. She brings a grounded energy and strong appreciation for vibrant colors, creativity, and community. Maggie leads with connection, positivity, and a sense of individuality in everything she does.​

Lisa
Lisa brings warmth, life experience, and a thoughtful presence to every home she supports. A Minneapolis native, she is a proud parent of three adult children and shares her life with two beloved dogs.
After retiring from a career in advertising, Lisa found fulfillment in helping others free up time for the things that matter most. She values kindness, connection, and equality for all, and enjoys supporting households in ways that feel calm, personal, and meaningful.
